1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 2222jl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed online gaming platform operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing or using the 2222jl website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to registered account holders, visitors browsing the website, and individuals accessing promotional materials or customer support services. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited by law from using online gaming services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in gaming activities on the 2222jl Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing gambling activities. By registering an account, you affirm that you are of legal gambling age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

Any user found to have misrepresented their age or provided false documentation will have their account immediately terminated, funds forfeited, and winnings voided. We reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 2222jl Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are strictly forbidden from registering accounts or participating in any gaming activities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

We employ geolocation technology to verify user location. Access from restricted territories may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. Jurisdictions with known restrictions include but are not limited to: the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and countries designated by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as high-risk.

2.3 Account Eligibility

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 2222jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple accounts were created intentionally or unintentionally.

Users are prohibited from allowing third parties to access or use their accounts. Account credentials are personal and confidential; sharing login information with others violates these Terms and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities conducted under your login credentials.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To participate in real-money gaming on the 2222jl Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and government-issued ID number. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes.

During registration, you will create a unique username and password. Your password must meet minimum security requirements, including a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws, 2222jl implements mandatory KYC verification procedures for all account holders. Within seventy-two (72) hours of registration or before your first withdrawal request (whichever occurs first), you must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Philippine National ID, or Professional Regulation Commission ID)
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address
• Proof of Payment Method: For certain withdrawal methods, screenshots or statements verifying ownership of the payment account (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank account statement)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions, including but not limited to: suspension of withdrawal privileges, limitation of deposit amounts, or temporary account freeze. Accounts that remain unverified for more than thirty (30) days may be permanently closed.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify 2222jl Customer Support of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. 2222jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing the Platform from shared or public computers. Do not save login credentials in web browsers on devices that may be accessed by others. Enable device-level security measures such as biometric authentication, PIN codes, or password protection on any device used to access your 2222jl account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 2222jl account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers from BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks, over-the-counter cash deposits at 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier locations, and other methods as displayed in your account dashboard.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly indicated at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may require one (1) to three (3) business days for processing. 2222jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, you must contact Customer Support within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction with documentation of the error.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification requirements. Withdrawal methods must match the name on your verified 2222jl account. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP; maximum withdrawal amounts vary by method and VIP status. Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya (5-30 minutes for verified accounts), bank transfers (1-3 business days), other methods as specified at the time of request.

Before processing a withdrawal, 2222jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks, including but not limited to: verification of identity, review of betting patterns for compliance with Terms, confirmation of payment method ownership, and screening against anti-money laundering (AML) databases. These checks may result in processing delays of up to seventy-two (72) hours in some cases.

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before processing is complete. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. If funds are returned to 2222jl due to incorrect account details provided by you, the funds will be re-credited to your gaming account minus any third-party processing fees incurred.

4.3 Wagering Requirements and Playthrough

Certain deposit methods and bonus offers may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. When applicable, you must wager your deposit amount at least one (1) time through before requesting withdrawal. This requirement helps prevent money laundering and ensures fair use of the Platform. Bonus funds are subject to specific playthrough requirements detailed in the promotional terms for each offer.

4.4 Currency

The official currency of the 2222jl Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your financial institution or payment provider will handle currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rate, and you may be subject to additional foreign exchange fees imposed by your payment provider.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the 2222jl Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type (bingo, slots, live casino, sports betting). Game-specific rules are accessible through the information or help section of each game. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by these rules. In the event of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters related to that particular game.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game results are final and binding once the round or event is complete. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to Customer Support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event, accompanied by relevant details such as game ID, timestamp, and description of the issue.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 2222jl Platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, violation of betting limits, obvious errors in odds or lines, or technical issues affecting the betting platform. Bets are considered accepted only once confirmed in your betting history with a unique bet ID.

Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the governing sports organization or competition authority. In the event of postponed, cancelled, or abandoned events, bets will be void and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules. Live betting outcomes are determined based on the score or state of play at the time the bet is placed, not the final result.

5.3 Malfunctions and Disputes

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes or bet placement, 2222jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game or sporting event is determined to have been affected by technical issues, manipulation, or other factors that compromise fair play, all related bets will be voided.

Players must report suspected game malfunctions immediately via live chat or email. Screenshots, game IDs, and timestamps should be provided where possible. 2222jl will investigate all reported issues and provide a resolution within five (5) business days. The Company's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

5.4 Jackpots and Progressive Prizes

Progressive jackpots and special prize pools are subject to specific terms and contribution rates that are displayed within each applicable game. Jackpot wins are subject to KYC verification and may require additional documentation before payout. Maximum payout limits may apply to certain jackpots as specified in game rules. In the rare event of a jackpot malfunction, the maximum liability is limited to the last verified jackpot amount prior to the malfunction.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

2222jl offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the promotions page and must be read carefully before opting in to any offer. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms for matters specifically related to the promotional offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who have completed full KYC verification, made at least one verified deposit, and have not breached any of these Terms. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Betting patterns that are deemed irregular or designed solely to complete wagering requirements (such as low-risk betting strategies) may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, colluding with other players, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions, or employing betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, is strictly prohibited. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.

2222jl reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Unused bonuses expire according to the timeframe specified in the promotional terms.

6.4 VIP and Loyalty Programs

2222jl operates a VIP loyalty program that rewards active players with exclusive benefits, including faster withdrawals, dedicated account managers, special bonuses, birthday gifts, and invitations to exclusive events. VIP status is earned through consistent gameplay and is determined by factors including deposit history, wagering volume, and account tenure. VIP levels and associated benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Inactive accounts may be downgraded or removed from the VIP program.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

During a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, your account will be temporarily or permanently disabled, and you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or participate in gaming activities. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on the 2222jl Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of 2222jl, its licensors, or third-party content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The 2222jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or exploit any Content or portion of the Platform without express written permission from 2222jl.

Unauthorized use of the Platform or Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties. You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform for any purpose without our express written permission. You may not frame or link to the Platform in a way that suggests an association with or endorsement by 2222jl without prior written authorization.

9. Prohibited Activities and Account Abuse

In addition to other prohibitions outlined in these Terms, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or other fraudulent means to deposit or withdraw funds
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, exploiting software bugs or glitches, or employing any form of cheating or manipulation
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, allowing others to use your account, or purchasing accounts from third parties
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any illegal financial transactions
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff members via chat, email, or any other communication channel
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts, the Platform's servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code of any software used on the Platform
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic, IP address, or device restrictions
• Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including gambling on behalf of third parties or operating as an agent or professional gambler

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate. 2222jl reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation related to suspected illegal activity on the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Company's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

2222jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities, extended periods of account inactivity, or at the Company's sole discretion for reasons related to business operations or regulatory compliance.

In the event of account closure for Terms violations or fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be cancelled. Where account closure is not due to player misconduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

10.2 Player's Right to Close Account

You may request closure of your 2222jl account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all funds. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened; you would need to register a new account subject to eligibility requirements and these Terms.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. 2222jl reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of ₱200 PHP per month or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) for inactive accounts. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every twelve months.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 No Warranty

The 2222jl Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 2222jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information displayed on the Platform, including game odds, betting lines, promotional terms, or balance information, is accurate, complete, or current. You acknowledge that technical issues may occasionally result in incorrect display of information, and you agree to notify us immediately of any suspected errors.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2222jl, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall 2222jl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is lower.

11.3 Force Majeure

2222jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, or failures of third-party service providers. In such events, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

11.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2222jl, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any rights of a third party, including other users; (c) your use or misuse of the Platform; or (d) your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

2222jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or prominent notice on the Platform. However, your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance regardless of whether you received notice.

General Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2222jl regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 2222jl. 2222jl may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.

No Waiver: The failure of 2222jl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 2222jl.
